Have your morning Celery Juice, Matcha or Tea Elixir (I Hydrate and drink as much water as possible until I have a digestion movement) ;)
My clients find it easier to start here - Morning Matcha: ( 8 ounces Almond Milk, 1 tsp or tablespoon of spirulina and chlorophyll, 1 tsp of Matchaful for antioxidants and caffeine, 1 tsp of L-Glutamine for Leaky Gut - Will help with brain fog, then a few drops of Stevia, and Collagen) - The Vital Protein Collagen is full of aminos. This will help with hair, skin, nails, heal leaky gut, and give you a boost before your morning work out. (This is something I did daily for years, which I no longer need).
If the drink above does not resonate with you or if you can avoid boxed milks and go for a cleaner liquid even better - Focus on Lemon water, Herbal Tea, or go ahead and drink your shake if you are low blood sugar.
Workout
If you want long lasting brain focus energy throughout the morning - Order the Tyrosine below or even better the Qualia or qualia focus - Take on an empty stomach. Natural Adderall ;)
Make a Shake with the Ingredients below
Protein - We don’t digest nor absorb half of what we eat - Get an easy to absorb protein in your body fast! I love Elle Mcpherson Wellco brand right now, Be Well By Kelley, and for my husband KaChava. (Not listed below, ping me to see which is the best option for you). (I personally avoid Vital Proteins and I have a special unique blend that I only reccomend to certain clients). (Your gut health matters for everything listed).
Almond milk - If nut milk is a must for you _ Go for Califia Unsweetened. No funky guar gums. (However, I now don’t do any boxed milks. I prefer to make my own in my Almond cow or 90% of the time I just put water - Water is always best and you will get used to the taste). No added sweetners. Also nothing to mess up your gut.
1/2 Tablespoon of Spirulina, Chlorophyll, L-Glutamine (to help heal Leaky Gut) (If you are not sure about the taste, start with 1 tsp)
1 Block of Unsweetened ACAI (Optional to shake things up)
1/4 Cup of Blueberries, or rasberries
1 Cup of Spinach
1/2 Tablespoon of ground Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Raw Nut Butter (If you are not allowed to have nuts - go for MCT oil _ 1 tsp of MCT Oil)
Depending on your diet - You might want more fat or more carbs or less carbs. (I prefer more fat, less carbs, add 1/4 avocado
Drink lots of Herbal Teas - In between Meals
Lunch - Detox Salad or Extra Shake (Plus your Digestive Enzymes)
More Aminos (Tryosine, vitamins, and GAIA Adrenal Supplements) (Tyrosine for mental clarity, Tryptophan for depression or sadness, DLPA for Sugar and Carb Cravings).
If you are feeling extra lethargic I would order B-Vitamins as well - Majority of my clients are Vitamin B deficient and Vitamin D.
