Carrot Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 cup of vegetable or bone broth (depending on the consistency you desire)
- 3 cups steamed carrots
- 1 large steamed zucchini
- 1 large bunch of green scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Throw all the veggies in your 360 pot steamer. Allow the veggies to steam up for a few minutes. Transfer all the ingredients to a Vitamix blender. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and enjoy fresh warmness.
